Using this website
We keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but it is general information and not a substitute for an inspection of your vehicle. Opening hours can change on bank holidays – please call ahead if you are unsure.
Online bookings
- Submitting the booking form is a request for a slot. You will receive an automatic email confirming we have received it.
- If we cannot meet the date or time you chose, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.
- We will agree the work and price with you before starting. Any additional work found during the job is only carried out with your agreement.
- If you need to cancel or move your booking, please call +44 20 7735 5072 as early as possible.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including your right to have services carried out with reasonable care and skill.
